                   Private Yoga Instruction by Marissa Farrell

Private yoga sessions focus on your individual needs and personal practice. If your schedule doesn't allow you to attend classes, or if you feel a bit anxious about doing a group class, private yoga instruction will be of great benefit.

There are many reasons for working one-on-one, e.g., injury rehabilitation, illness recovery, specific health problems, personal practice development or if one is just starting with yoga.  As a result of our sessions, you will be  provided with a personalized guide of postures (asanas) and we will periodically update it.
