Childbirth Education

Childbirth education classes can give you soothing confidence as you head for labor and delivery — whether you're a first-time mom or a delivery room veteran.

Being prepared for the big day is incredibly helpful and will relieve you of many insecurities and fears of the unknown. In a single childbirth education class, or series of classes, you will learn much about:

- how to best care for yourself during your pregnancy

- how your baby is developing week after week

- how to choose a midwife/ obstetrician/ doula/ postpartum doula

- what labor may look and feel like when it begins

- how to care for yourself during labor

- What to expect following the birth of your baby

New VBAC Class Added for March!

Planning for a vaginal birth after a cesarean birth can feel like planning for your first birth all over again. In our one day class we will unravel your fears and explore all the options available to support you and a vaginal delivery.
