Prenatal Yoga Poses
Here is a
selection of poses demonstrated at 12, 27
and 39 weeks of pregnancy. They are simply
to offer you the confidence to continue your
regular yoga practice with modifications as
warranted. It is by no means a complete
gallery of postures and I do suggest the
watchful eye of an experienced yoga
instructor as well as your judgment. Enjoy
the feeling of you and your baby moving
together in Yoga Asana,. Rest as needed and
