Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Class
Come and experience your body move with beauty and
grace as a life unfolds within you. Come dance to the rhythm of the love you are
sharing
with your newborn. Come into yourself through yoga.
This class will be based in the Vinyasa style of yoga.
All levels of yoga students, from beginner to
advanced, will find this style of pre-natal yoga
beneficial. If you have delivered within the past
year, this class will address the new needs of your
body from recovery to breastfeeding and baby carrying.
Prenatal women will be combined with postnatal women
so as to allow the natural cycle of divine mothering
to continue with support.
Vinyasa yoga moves the body with flowing postures that are challenging,
grounding, uplifting, and strength building. All of which will bring you to your
center where confidence, awareness, and appreciation will blossom.
